Where to find protein when your diet excludes meat.

The human body is truly one of the most amazing machines and so it’s not surprising it relies heavily on being fuelled correctly. When a machine is incorrectly fuelled it will not perform properly or, in the worst case  scenario, will breakdown; and the human body is no different. Good health comes down to a lot of things, but choosing a balanced diet with a variety of food is an almost perfect way to give it what it needs.
