High Fibre and Protein Fruit Smoothie

High Fibre and Protein Fruit SmoothiePrep time: 5-10mins. Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oat, rice or cows milk
  • 1 cup of water
  • ½ a cup of mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp of natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp of oat or quinoa flakes
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of Isowhey protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 ice cubes

Method:

Place all the ingredients is a food processor or blender and blend until thoroughly mix.

Serve in a chilled glass.
