Prep time: 5-10mins. Serves: 2
- 1 cup of oat, rice or cows milk
- 1 cup of water
- ½ a cup of mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp of natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp of oat or quinoa flakes
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 scoop of Isowhey protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 ice cubes
Place all the ingredients is a food processor or blender and blend until thoroughly mix.
Serve in a chilled glass.
