We all have our own preconceptions of what and who is a power couple- from Brad & Ange to Wine & Cheese, but now, following one of the biggest US food trends, there are some real power couples for you to meet.

A range of blended milks from Vitasoy have recently hit Aussie shelves, with Oat & Almond and Soy & Almond Milks offering double the nutrition hit, without containing any artificial colours, preservatives or flavours AND they’re lactose free! It all seems like perfect timing too as we move into November (no, I don’t know how that happened either!) and the busy, albeit stressful, holiday season means it is even more important that we pack our diets with more naturally found vitamins and nutrient-dense foods.

For some, pure soy milk is an acquired taste, but what Soy & Almond Milk offers is the great taste of almonds with the plant based protein of whole soybeans.   • Apple & Raspberry- the antioxidants in raspberries active the antioxidants in apples that help fight cancerous diseases. Just make sure it’s a ‘healthy’ recipe if you’re using this power couple to make muffins!
