It’s a frustrating reality that the sweetest and most delicious foods are also the ones that are bad for us. Sugar has been particularly demonised of late with the emergence of advocates for the no-sugar diet and the focus on health foods and superfoods. But is sugar really all that bad for you, and if so, what are the alternatives?
