Vitasoy Green Goodness Frappe

  • Smoothie of cucumber, parsley and celery.Serves 1
  • Prep Time 10 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1 Granny Smith apple cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cup Kale
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1 tbsp. mint
  • 1 cup Vitasoy Oat & Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
  • 1 cup ice
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients, including the
    Vitasoy Oat & Almond Milk, in a food
    processor and blend until smooth.
    Serve in a chilled glass or jar.
