- 2 tsp. roasted dandelion, medium ground
- 1½ cups boiling water
- ½-1 cup ice
- 1-2 tsp. honey
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 2-4 tbsp. milk of your choice
In a coffee plunger or teapot, add the group dandelion and boiling water, leave to steep for 2-5 minutes.
Using a cocktail shaker or deep glass, pour the liquid over ½ a cup of ice, add the agave and cinnamon and shake.
Pour into a glass and top with a little milk and more ice.
