Oat and Amaranth Muesli

With organic dried fruit, sheep’s milk yoghurt and LSA

Prep time: 15-20 minutes, Serves: 4


  • 250 grams of oats
  • 250 grams of puffed amaranth
  • 100 grams of organic apricots cut into ¼
  • 100 grams of organic apples cut in ¼
  • 50 grams of pepita
  • 50 grams sesame seeds
  • 5 grams cinnamon

To serve:

  • 1-2 tbsp. of sheep’s milk yoghurt.
  • 1 tbsp. of LSA.
  • 1-2 tsp. Manuka honey or agave nectar

Method: Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Serve approx. 1 cup of the muesli with a spoon of sheep’s milk yoghurt, LSA and Manuka honey
