Gluten-Free Quinoa and Amaranth Muesli

Prep time: 15-20 minutes, Serves: 4


  • 250 grams of quinoa flakes
  • 250 grams of puffed amaranth
  • 75g chia seeds
  • 50 grams of pepita
  • 50 grams sesame seeds
  • 5 grams cinnamon

To serve:

  • 1-2 tbsp of sheep’s milk yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp of LSA
  • 1-2 tsp Manuka honey or Agave Nectar


Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Serve approx. 1 cup of the muesli with 1-2 tbsp of sheep’s milk yoghurt, LSA and Manuka honey
