Fruity Bircher Muesli with Almond Milk


In a bowl pre-soak the oats with the raisins and cinnamon in the almond milk, the night before or for an hour.
Add the grated apple and orange juice with the soaked oat, gently mix.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

  • ½ – 1 cup of oat (soaked over night if needed)
  • 2 cups So Good almond milk
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1 tbsp. organic currants
  • ½ an orange, juiced
  • 1 tbsp. mixed nuts and seeds (almonds, flaxseed, sunflower seeds or LSA)
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • A pinch of cinnamon or fresh ginger powder
