Prep time: 15 mins, Cook time: 15 mins, Serves: 4-5
- 4x100g tuna steaks
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 large red capsicum, seeds remove and chopped
- 1 cup Ligurian olives, pips remove
- ½ cup of basil
- 2 tbsp. of lemon juice
- ¼ cup of olive oil
Pre-heat the BBQ or skillet. Mix together all the tuna ingredients and leave to sit of 10-15 minutes.
In a food processor place all the Tapenade ingredients and blend until smooth.
Place the tuna on the BBQ and cook for 3-5 minute each side, ideally it should be a little pink inside.
Serve the tuna with a generous spoonful of the Tapenade with a salad on the side.
