Hi, I’m Zoe Bingley-Pullin, nutritionist and founder of Nutritional Edge, a nutritional consultancy company based in Sydney. My passion for food has empowered me to help my clients embrace the benefits of food through education. By improving people’s knowledge and understanding of nutrition, I believe they’re able to create and sustain a healthier and more delicious life.
I have a Diploma of Nutrition and am an internationally trained chef, Le Cordon Bleu School in London. I‘ve also spent time working in the South of France introducing my clients to the culinary delights of the area.
Currently, I am the co-host of Channel Ten’s Good Chef Bad Chef, with Adrian Richardson. Adrian and I combine our distinctive culinary styles to explore foods and cuisines that are delicious and inspirational to home cooks. We also work hard to educate our viewers about the benefits of developing a healthy balanced diet. I’m also the resident nutritionist on Channel 10s, Studio 10, educating views on the latest nutrition information.
I am a passionate writer, in 2009, I published my first book, Eat Taste Nourish. It is a very practical book, which focuses on nutrition and how to create delicious and healthy food in simple ways. I am the food editor for the Fitness First Magazine and am also a regular contributor to many national publications, Take 5, Women’s Health and Fitness, Madison, Cleo, Cosmopolitan, OK Magazine, Marie Claire and Harper’s BAZAAR.
